Welcome to AffiliateFinders. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our affiliate marketing platform and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AffiliateFinders provides a directory of affiliate partner listings, AI-powered profile enhancement, contact information and social profiles, and advanced search and analytics. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including spamming, scraping beyond normal use, reverse engineering, credential sharing, or illegal activity.
We offer Free, Premium, and Enterprise plans. Subscriptions bill in advance monthly or annually, fees are non-refundable except as required by law, price changes are communicated 30 days in advance, and unpaid accounts may be suspended.
All platform content, database, and algorithms are owned by AffiliateFinders; you retain ownership of content you submit. Your use of contact information obtained through the platform must comply with applicable privacy laws, CAN-SPAM, and respectful outreach practices. We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee it, cannot guarantee 100% data accuracy, and are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party actions. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
